We are excited to offer another session of our popular armchair travel class, “Exploring the World’s Greatest Places,” now featuring new locations! From the comfort of our cozy chairs at Owls Club, we’ll embark on a journey to explore UNESCO World Heritage sites like the ancient city of Petra, the serene temples of Kyoto, the mysterious Stonehenge, and Havana’s vibrant old town. Through engaging multimedia presentations, we’ll uncover the rich tapestry of human history and culture these sites represent. To enhance our experience, we’d love to provide a snack aligned with each destination, and we’re looking for volunteers to sign up to bring a treat for one of the weeks—though participation is completely optional.
