Join Vicki Gross for 45 minutes of fun, high-energy cardio moves while seated! This class is easy on the joints, improves heart and lung function, burns calories, enhances flexibility, and engages core muscles—plus, it’s a great way to have fun! We’ll also add an extra 15 minutes of upper and lower body strengthening using optional light weights. These moves can also be done without weights if you prefer. I have 4 sets of weights available to share, but if you’d like to add weights, please bring your own (2-5 lbs recommended). Remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. – “We don’t stop moving because we grow old. We grow old because we stop moving!”
