We invite you to join one of the two scheduled focus groups. These are voluntary, confidential discussions between members and students in community health at the IU School of Medicine – South Bend. These sessions aim to gather insights on what draws people into the support group, additional Alzheimer’s and Dementia services that members utilize, barriers that make it difficult to access needed services, and desired services that are currently unavailable. The research is conducted on behalf of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana (ADSNI) to help provide the best and most accessible services possible. We need a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 15 participants. There will be two dates available, and you can choose the one that best fits your schedule. Registration is required to hold your spot, and a complimentary lunch will be provided. Your participation is invaluable in helping ADSNI improve its services and better support the community.
