Living with Hearing Loss

Regina Chew, an Owls Club member and hearing loss educator at the Owls Club and FLI, will offer a 5-session class designed to educate you on hearing loss that may affect you, a spouse, or someone else in your life. With hearing loss impacting one out of eight people in the US, this class will help you understand hearing loss, interpret your audiogram, and learn effective coping strategies. Topics will include the impact on relationships, emotional and mental health, communication practices, over-the-counter hearing aids, technology, tinnitus, and more.
