Looking for a rewarding and impactful way to give back? Project 216 is a volunteer opportunity being held at Trinity on Jackson Church. This non-denominational event, hosted by Project 216, focuses on packing nutritious meals for malnourished children and adults around the world. Volunteers will work in teams to pack 40,000 meals, which include rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables, and a vitamin & mineral pack. The tasks are light and simple, requiring only standing and repetitive motions for about 2 hours. It’s a fantastic way to make a difference and connect with fellow OWLS members. Members can sign up at the OWLS desk, call the Trinity office at 574-294-7602, or register on MAC.
