Our in-house volunteer and writer, Kiki, is back to guide this next session, where we’ll create a safe, welcoming space to write. Writing can help us discover what we think and feel. In this class, you’ll have the opportunity to explore memories and feelings to better understand yourself. Sharing is completely optional. Mostly, we’ll create a space for you to write about and move closer toward resolving issues you’d like to let go of – or focus on positive experiences you’d like to acknowledge. Bring paper and a pen.
