Rope Making & Knots: A Hands-On Adventure

In this interactive rope-making class, you’ll step back in time to learn the fascinating history of rope-making while watching Roger, Dave T., and Maggie demonstrate how it takes three people to twist and create a rope using a traditional hand crank. Members will have the chance to take turns at the crank, feel the tension of the fibers come together, and even practice tying a few classic knots with their own piece of rope to take home.
