Unstoppable Adults: Aging in Place

Unstoppable Adults: Aging in Place is a valuable session presented by REAL Services and taught by Aubrey Rand, a Physical Therapist Assistant with 11 years of experience. Aubrey currently works in outpatient orthopedics and previously spent nine years in skilled inpatient rehab helping geriatric patients return home safely after illness or falls. In this class, she will share practical insights on fall prevention, home modifications, and safe exercise recommendations. Participants will gain a better understanding of the risks seniors face and explore simple, effective ways to enhance safety, mobility, and independence at home.
