Tai Chi

Join instructor Elise Knepple for a transformative journey into Tai Chi, mindful movement, and wellness. The class will begin with an introductory session and will be followed by three consecutive sessions focusing on health and well-being through gentle movement and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels.

Cost is $40 for four sessions upfront, paid directly to the instructor. This fee is non-refundable if classes are missed, but you have the option for one makeup class. If you do not need a makeup, you will get the fifth class free.
